That is why we first educate our cleaners about the different standards of clean before training and sending them to perform any work for our valued customers. Humans, pets, and food all require that certain precautions and standards be adhered to for their protection.
But first, let's face it. Cleaning is a dirty business! There's blood, vomit, feces, and urine involved! Or worse; there's contagions and viruses, like Covid-19. Professional cleaners are trained to properly and safely clean and sanitize. Food and Child standards require cleaning in stages from cleaning and disinfecting, to removing germs from surfaces with appropriate contact times for chemicals. At QB Best Services, visibly clean is our minimum requirement!

Collect all garbage, paper, bottles, etc. from entrance to exit including deck
Arrange all internal areas neatly and prepare for cleaning
Spot clean wall surfaces
Wipe down doors, sills, and baseboards
Clean and disinfect all contact surfaces including cabinets
Polish brass and wood works
Clean glass using squeegee including doors
*All basic tasks including cleaning restrooms will be performed
Plan 2 - (The Make-Ready)
*Cleaning tasks begin once Handyman / Electrical walkthrough - inspection complete
Remove obvious trash and debris
High dust and clean vents
Replace air filters
Clean windowsills
Dust blinds
Clean ceiling fans and fixtures
Clean all kitchen appliances
Spot clean wall surfaces
Wipe down doors and baseboards
Clean and disinfect all surfaces including cabinets
Polish brass fixtures and bright works
Clean glass using squeegee including doors

Clean and disinfect all contact surfaces including cabinets
Clean, disinfect and polish pews
Polish brass and wood works
Clean glass using squeegee including doors
Vacuum carpets
Sweep and mop all floors

Plan 4 - (The Store)
Collect all garbage from entrance to exit including outside break area
Arrange all internal areas neatly and prepare for cleaning
High Dust
Spot clean wall surfaces
Wipe down doors, sills, and baseboards
Clean and disinfect all contact surfaces including cabinets
Polish brass and wood works
Clean glass using squeegee including doors
Vacuum all carpets
Sweep and mop all floors

Plan 5 - (The Office)
Collect all garbage from entrance to exit including outside break area
Remove scattered cigarette ends and debris
Clean glass and doors using squeegee and sweep entrance area
Detail clean lobby area
Vacuum or mop floor in lobby area
Arrange all internal areas neatly and prepare for cleaning
*Service generally includes cleaning the conference room and break room areas
High Dust
Spot clean wall surfaces
Wipe down doors, sills, and baseboards
Dust all surfaces including partitions, computers and peripheral equipment
Clean and disinfect all contact surfaces including cabinets
Vacuum all carpets
Sweep and mop all floors
